How an NDCS booking moves from an inquiry to a confirmed order.
- An inquiry starts the conversation. Sending a request through the website form, WhatsApp or telephone does not by itself confirm a booking.
- The minimum catering order is 50 persons. Daily food supply for offices and canteens is also a minimum of 50 persons per day.
- Inside Dhaka, please book at least 48 hours before the required service time. Outside Dhaka, at least 5 days in advance.
- Every booking depends on availability and on confirming menu, staffing, venue access, delivery and other logistics with you.
- Venue, decoration, lighting and music are optional services. Scope, suppliers, responsibilities and costs are agreed for each request.
- Dishes, portion sizes and service style are agreed when we discuss your event; menu availability is confirmed at that point.
