Booking Terms

How an NDCS booking moves from an inquiry to a confirmed order.

An inquiry starts the conversation. Sending a request through the website form, WhatsApp or telephone does not by itself confirm a booking.
The minimum catering order is 50 persons. Daily food supply for offices and canteens is also a minimum of 50 persons per day.
Inside Dhaka, please book at least 48 hours before the required service time. Outside Dhaka, at least 5 days in advance.
Every booking depends on availability and on confirming menu, staffing, venue access, delivery and other logistics with you.
Venue, decoration, lighting and music are optional services. Scope, suppliers, responsibilities and costs are agreed for each request.
Dishes, portion sizes and service style are agreed when we discuss your event; menu availability is confirmed at that point.

Section 02

What the NDCS website does with the details you send us.

The booking request form collects your name, telephone number, event type, event date, venue or area, number of guests, preferred cuisine and menu format, optional event-support requirements and any special requests.
We use those details only to contact you, prepare a menu and quote, and plan the service you asked about.
Requests are stored in the website's own database and viewed by NDCS staff who handle inquiries. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for them until a booking is agreed.
Ask us on WhatsApp or by telephone to correct or delete the details you have sent and we will action the request.
WhatsApp and telephone links open those apps on your device; what you send there is between you and NDCS.
When our Facebook advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) is enabled, page visits, booking requests and orders on this site are reported to Meta so we can measure our ads. Visitors in regions that require tracking consent (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland) are not tracked. Ask us on WhatsApp or by telephone to opt out.

Section 03

Where NDCS can arrange catering, and what that means in practice.

NDCS is based in Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka and can arrange orders anywhere in Bangladesh.
Nationwide coverage means we can discuss your event, not that every location, date, guest count or additional service is automatically available.
Outside Dhaka we need at least 5 days' notice, and travel, delivery, staffing and venue access are confirmed before an order is accepted.
Larger or unusual requirements are welcome — please raise them early so we can check what is possible.

Section 04

Why we discuss prices instead of publishing a fixed price list.

We do not publish fixed dish, set-menu, buffet or corporate contract prices, because the final figure depends on your menu, guest count, location, service style and dates.
Send us your requirements and we will discuss a quote for your event.
Live counters, premium coffee corners, paan-supari boxes and similar add-ons are confirmed together with staffing and charges.
Delivery, transport, venue, decoration and staffing charges are quoted individually once the scope is known.
